Framing & Channel System
02Aluminum framing channels are installed beneath the deck joists at a pitch that directs water toward the collection gutter.
Panel Installation
03Interlocking aluminum or vinyl panels sit in the channels and form a seamless ceiling that sheds water out of sight.
Perimeter Gutter
04A dedicated gutter runs the length of the underdeck perimeter to collect channeled water and route it to a downspout away from the house.
Downspout Routing
05We route downspouts away from the foundation, into a dry well, a drain or the yard, so water clears the area completely.
Trim & Finishing
06Fascia trim is installed along all edges for a finished, professional look that holds up to Georgia weather.
